Can you believe we’re already on page 20? Which means issue 2 is almost finished! We will be taking a few weeks off before launching issue 3 to build up a little buffer and work on the website, which will soon feature a fabulous character page and section detailing the story so far for new readers. Is there anything specific you think we should add?

In the meantime, check out our new TV Tropes page! Please feel free to add any tropes you think are relevant. If you’ve never been on the site before, prepare to lose many hours discovering the prevailing themes, plots, and character archetypes common across all media.

So very happy to be back home! Always grateful to return for a bit of the old ultraviolence. I know she sure is. And wasn’t last week’s art spectacular? Lisa really outdid herself. We’re both also incredibly grateful for the guest art from Max of the Indifferently Evil webcomic. Always on the look out for guest art to share.

While I’ve been away, I’ve been furiously writing the script for Issue 3: Terrible Things. Incredibly excited to share it with all of you in the upcoming months. In the meantime, please check out the Terrible Things playlist! As usual, it’s full of audio spoilers. When I write a comic book script, I tend to use songs to outline the story. That means each specific page has a soundtrack, a piece of music that to me represents the tone of the scene. Hope you’ll check it out. What do you think is in store for the next issue?
